Hey guys, i'm sorry if someone asked this question already, but i really can't find it, it's about the stuff that my fiance needs to send to me for the embassy interview. the guide says it needs to be the copy of the entire I-129F package and i was just wondering if that also includes the forms that he had sent (the G-325A and I-129F)?? sorry if it's a stupid question but was really wondering, cause for some reason he didn't understand that he needed to send all this stuff to me and now can't locate half of it!

we just got hit with all the things that we need to do, cause we literally got our NOA2 and NVC approval and called by the embassy all within 10 days!

so help would be most appreciated!!

thanks guys!! :innocent:

There's nothing you can do if he/she didn't make copies! Yes, it's always good to make copies of everything you send to the gov't., but it's NOT a requirement for the interview. It's good to refer to if there are any questions. Make sure you get together all the rest of your paperwork now for the interview. Evidence of the on-going relationship, the Affidavit of Support, police clearance, medical etc. It's not mandatory that you have copies of that previous stuff, it's just a good idea for him to have made copies.
