Hey guys,

I am glad that this forum exist to help people join their families, I ve read many of these tpoics, and it looks alike in most cases. in my case which i don t want it to any one of you guys, here the thing and hope you guys shed some light on it.

got married in Dec 2007 filled the i-130 in Aug 2008 after I got my Citizenship. go laid off in Sept. I ve been in contact with USCS, the last update I recieved was to pay the $400 in Mid April after I paid the AOS $70. Till now I did not recieve anything else. is there any other steps that I have to do next?

now in my situation as unemployed, will that effect my wife's case ? my tax return this year was more then K23 . And I heard that I can use a co sponsor, but the only guy that want to do that for me was in the ame process like a year ago for his wife. is there any kind of period like probation for this guy who wants to help me that he has to finish it before co sponsor my wife ?.

If you guys have any advise in this situation I would like to know about it ? and thank you in advance.

If the 2008 taxes you filed is more than the poverty guidelines the next thing you would do is to get a job and get a letter from your employer because NVC will ask you for this "proof of current employment" maybe not but better have it when they ask you for this document..good luck
