Len, you are so lucky to be in Seattle. When I lived there; we were always at the Pier enjoying FRESH smoked Alaskan Salmon and King crab....Pikes Place buying fresh fruit and veggies! Went to the best music concerts, skiing in Winter and enjoyed the varied culture there. I loved it and would give anything to go back. Texas is pretty much the same everywhere and you can't get a fresh salmon or crab.

Well, maybe not Friskies, but definatly Fancy Feast (IMO anyway) not that I *know * what fancy Feast tastes like, but it smells the same as those canned sardine things. You are right though, fresh sardines are soooo much better
