The DS 3032 is the choice of agent form. This form the beneficiary completes and generally will appoint the petitioner as the agent. That means that the petitioner will receive all correspondences from NVC.

The DS230 is a 2 part, 4 page biographical information form filled out by the beneficiary. The beneficiary will sign part 1 but NOT part 2

Good luck.

I have a question..If the beneficiary can email the DS 3032 to NVC, it means they don't need an actual signatue right?

Correct. They can just type up the info that's on ds 3032 form in the body of the email, and that's it.
