Afternoon all,

I'm going to mail to Vermont tomorrow, which will be 90 days before the 2 year period ends.

However, our I - 751 form is dated and signed from 6/12, which is 94 days before. What do they look at? When they receive the package? Or when the I - 751.

Expiration is 9/14/09.

Does it matter that I signed and dates the 751 on 6/12 if they receive it within 90 days or expiration?
