Got an email RFE ..they said that they sent it on July 1 st...Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I get this week so that I can enjoy my vacation with my husband ......;-)

hi,,i am in the same boat as u,i received my rfe,this morning, as well as approval notice for i130,dont know what route should i go,i express mailed,the rfe,few hrs back..will have to wait and watch now.

received 1st noa march 21 2006

received i130 approval notice july 3 2006.

Congrats ..which service center did you apply yr I-130 now..... Yeah i know its wait and watch but I am guessing with india K3 will still be faster ! Keep posting updates..what consulate in india is yr consulate ?

I got an email for RFE as well. Actually I got 2 emails and when I checked my cases both were touched with today;s date. By both I mean for I130 as well as I129F. I hope it process goes fast. Best of luck to all of you.!!

i got 2 emails for RFE as well today but only for i-129f

I received the RFE today and mailed it back already. Its quite simple asking if I meet my spouse through an IMBRA and if I have commited any crinmes listed in the RFE.

If anyone can help me I do have one question concerning waiver request. Last year I submitted a k1 visa request and it was approved. But later I withdrew the petition because my fiance and I decided to get married in her country of residence. Now I am married and going the k3 route. I am not sure if a waiver request is required or applicable to k3 because we are already married and it seems to reference the k1 in the RFE I received.
