Hi everybody!

To all who had already taken their medical exam at st. Luke’s, I need your opinions, suggestion and advice or tips.

Here’s my question:

1. What documents I need to bring that they will require?

2. What are documents that they require for my American citizen baby too?

3. How much it cost the payments?

4. What kind of shots that they will give it to me and for my baby? Do they will know if that shots is needed or not for me and for my baby?

Neways, i want to hear to those who experienced lately.and please share it to me and I need your help guys because I am planning to have my medical this coming end of week.

Thanks and God Bless

Hi! Your baby doesn't need to undergo medical if she's citizen already.

Bring your appointment letter sent by the NVC.

Medical Examination Fees:

# St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLMCEC) in Manila, the Embassy's accredited medical facility, charged U.S. $213.35 for adults (15 years and older) and U.S. $185.35 for children (under 15 years of age) for the medical examination fees.

# SLMCEC does not accept credit card or dollar payments. The fees must be paid in Philippine pesos at the prevailing exchange rate.

# If you missed your visa interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Manila because of additional medical tests, SLMCEC will schedule your embassy interview appointment within the next two working days. SLMCEC will give you an appointment slip. You should bring the appointment slip together with your original appointment letter to facilitate entry into the U.S. Embassy in Manila

About the shots, after the immunization interview/evaluation the doctor will tell you what kind and how many shots you will be receiving.

Goodluck and Godbless!
