Happy Sunday All~~

It's been a busy/eventful weekend with the MENA girls. So happy to have met Henna Rose and Rajaa yesterday...great women! Also was good to meet Jen (honorary MENA girl) and her sister Pat. Looking forward to dinner tonight with the girls and our families.

Praying for all of you and sending special prayers for u Amanda. Good luck.

Happy Caturday!

Pix on fB confirm Jackie is the mystery guest in Seattle. lol

I'm at Costa cafe getting a dose of hot chocolate and wifi while uploading pix from our date to Burger King. It's like an expensive fancy resturant here that delivers. lolz!

My hot chocolate at Costa cost 16.75 L.E. which is around 2-3 USD.

Olivia for some reason my mobile won't send or receive texts (and, since I text like a high school cheerleader, it's killing me!). Are you spending the whole summer in Hurghada? Can you come to Alexandria to play?

At the end of this month when Waleed gets days off we're making a trip to Cairo to get his medical check to finally turn in packet 3. Maybe at the end of July though we are on a tight budget. He did promise I would see Alexandria this trip to Egypt.

Egypt in summer without a/c = armpit of hell :dead::dead::dead:

Today it was hot in Paris and we went to Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge, and Montmartre- all in the same area. But now we have to get ready to send in RFE stuff for tomorrow...ugh this is never ending!

Thanks everyone so much!!! I really really appreciate all your support! Its almost 10 pm in Jordan and my hubby should be (if not already there) on his way to Amman. I spoke to him a few hours ago and he was printing some last minute things to take with him. :) I am so excited and look forward to chating with everyone tonight.

Maureen, try petsmart if you have one close...they offer great group training classes w/ other dogs of similar levels and tyically about 100 bucks for 8 weeks of training. It's been great for Angus!

Im busy doing nothing, LOL Im laying on the couch with a cup of dunkin donuts trying to get some homework done. as you can see im not getting very far...better get back to it now...

Hi ya'll ! Seattle is awesome! I have seen and done soooo much! I took 174 pics (not done yet!) rode a duck boat, laughed so hard with Rajaa my sides hurt! I ate pho.

Maggie's family is a joy and I am so grateful for their hospitality and friendship. What else did we do? Shopped at an outlet mall, ate brunch on a dock and ate AWESOME food! (there was a chocolate fountain and strawberries!)

Starbucks....me,....the coffee-aholic~~~I am in caffiene HEAVEN! Melynda and Maggies dad are sending me home with BAGS of coffee! So much more to say, but I have to sign off and take pics of Terrie and Melynda making b'stilla. :)

Hey girls and charles, its been another wonderful day in Seattle. I am gona totally miss this beautiful place when i go home. Jackie goes home tonight :(

And we are gonna miss her. Have a safe trip girl!

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

I love the scene where they're on top of the trees!!!

none of that stuff is even in forks though! a lot of that was filmed in the columbia gorge. i've gotten to eat breakfast a couple of times in the cafe that bella and charlie ate at in the movie. it's in a little town called carver, about 10 minutes from my house. the beach scenes were at cannon beach, oregon-ahmed and i were there last month. (i'm not a twilight geek though, seriously)

I will see how she does with my boot camp training and if I don't see any improvement, i guess i will surrender and leave it to the professionals..lol
