Problem with entering receipt no on uscis

I have received my receipt number in the mail on my Noa1, and I went to uscis to make my profile, and as I enter to receipt number, numerous times, it tells me that they can not either locate it, or the receipt number is not valid. Any suggestions anyone?

If I recall correctly I had the same issue, and it was a matter of omitting certain letters/numbers or something to do with the spacing. try playing around with the number and see if it works in a different configuration?

I think I read somewhere here in VJ, that for some it takes a little time. Somthing about the number not in the system as of yet, it will be soon. You may want to search some previous post...I'm sure you'll find your answer there. Good luck!

Okay... I omitted the -dashes and just entered the letters and numbers. I will give it some time, Im just afraid Im going to miss something, an email, or notification... :blink:
