The first time it asks about the A-Number (under "Part 1: Information About You, the Sponsor") it is asking about the sponsor, not the immigrant. Since the primary sponsor of a K-1 is a USC, in all likelihood, they wouldn't have an A-Number (so write 'None'). The only possible exception would be if the sponsor was a naturalised citizen. In that case, the sponsor would probably have an old A-Number from before they were a citizen. I have no idea if they should/must fill it in if that's the case . I'm sure someone else will answer that.

The second time it asks about the A-Number (under "Part 2: Information on the Sponsored Immigrant(s)"), that is when they're want you to write the foreign spouse's A-Number, which can be found on their I-129F approval notice, maybe on their visa and I-94, or on their EAD or green card.
