Depends - what was the RFE for?

Can you provide what it is asking for?

You have to answer within 30 days or so. If you don't, they assume you abandoned your case and close it.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

It does not specify anything in particular it just says request for evidence!

No, it asks you for something. Reread, you got that because they need some information from you.

Exactly I can't believe that just says request for evidence... If you can copy exactly what the RFE show in the letter then for sure we can help.

Please let us know what you sent in your original I-751 package.

Turn it over. Is there anything on the reverse?

Telling us what you sent in is not going to help us answer your question any more easier. If there really is no other information on the page, and no other pages with the letter, then you NEED to call USCIS immediately.

This is not something we can tell you or help you with. ;)

You should have sent evidence that spanned the last two years. Not just one utility bill, but bills every couple of months over the last 2 years and several bank statements also. Maybe that is what they want.

Agreed - how do you know what evidence to send?
