God looks down from his throne and asks McCain, "Do you think you deserve to be in heaven?"

McCain takes a breath and then replies, "Well, I think because I was a great leader and tried to follow the words in your great book."

God looks down and then says, "You can sit to my left side."

So, McCain takes his seat then God asks the same question to Hillary, "Do you think you deserve to be in heaven?"

Hillary thinks for a second and then replies, "I think that because I have been fighting for the rights of so many people for so long."

God again looks down and this time says, "You can sit to my right side."

Finally God turns to Barack Obama and asks, "Do you think you deserve to be in heaven?"

Obama smiled and replied,

"I think you are in my seat."

Sorry, I do not hate God. To do so I would have to give the subject some thought and I never do. Just passing on a joke. Not making any statements about religion, I never do. Please, practice and enjoy your religion as you choose.

Does God even need money? Would think he would be able to make his own out of nothing, and what will he buy with it since everything is of His creation. Obama like any other leader of this country is just a man with one head, two arms and two legs. Best thing he can do, is to just leave the rest of us alone.

And what is this concept about that we need a leader? Are we all stupid? Maybe that is the correct answer, looking for someone else to help us, we are too stupid to make our own decisions. Jews did try making God their leader, didn't work, never around when you need Him. But I don't expect any miracles from Obama either, feel the government should just give us a level playing field, and not only here, but mainly global the way things are going.

I could work for a buck a day, just reduce my property taxes to a couple of bucks per year, if there is just one entity I feel that is screwing the living hell out of me, it's our government. The rest I can deal with.

That's right. He already has the Christian Broadcasting Network, Trinity Broadcasting Network, The Inspiration Network, Sky Angel, and many other national and regional tv/radio networks. He's got it all covered.

guess I grew up in a less "commercialized time" and haven't made the migration to the TV worshiping networks

It was a simpler, nicer time wasn't it?

I always remember my grandparents watching the shows on Sunday and that would be it for the week. They always sent their money to Robert Schuller. Now, who knows what they do with all the choices they have.
