I can't get this to work for me.

I am not sure if you can track the exact package, since you have to try a couple days before or a couple days after. try any one of these:

EXP 31 JUL 2009A

EXP 31 JUL 2009B

EXP 31 JUL 2009C

EXP 03 AUG 2009A

EXP 03 AUG 2009B

EXP 03 AUG 2009C

EXP 04 AUG 2009A

EXP 04 AUG 2009B

EXP 04 AUG 2009C

It's be great if someone here knows more, for example, it'll be always the dates before the date NVC gives you...I am hoping that's true.

For some reason yesturdays batch of mailouts didn't have a reference code attached to them I had to enter blocks of 25 tracking numbers to find mine.

If you're dedicated the numbers start at

9256649300

and go to:

9256650000

Thats not exact but it's pretty close.

Don't expect every number ot be attached to a package only 2 or 3 in every 25 is an actual package.

i tried the EXP 31 JUL 2009B and it worked out for me, there's only one headed to manila; it said as of 8/6/2009 8:02 am- Depart Facility (Manila, Philippines, The)

so hopefully it will be delivered today at the consulate so im thinking ill just give the consulate a call this monday :)

our file was sent out on the 31st and it said 8/3/2009 9:48 pm Depart Facility Londonderry, NH hence, it must explain why until today it hasnt been received yet :) plus we had a national holiday yesterday but at least it's not such a long wait anymore :) and im so excited! lol

and thanks for sharing your experiences on this guys! much Love *hugs*hugs*

Here are a couple of 'TIPS' I have used successfully recently. Just wanted to share with anyone who may need it. Good luck! ~Jan~

TIP #1: How to track your case from NVC to Embassy:

When you know from NVC that your case was forwarded to embassy (mm/dd/yyyy) lets take an example case that was forwarded to embassy on March 20th 2009.

1 ~ Go to DHL TRACK

2 ~ Under track list, click on Track By Reference

3 ~ Type the reference in this format: EXP19MAR2009A, below that enter a date range and click track.

4 ~ A list of packages will come up and you can search for the city of your Consulate and it will show details.

This worked for me and I was lucky that there was only 1 for Casablanca.

----------------------------------------------

TIP #2: You can track the progress of your case after NOA2 & it has gone to NVC and/or Embassy by calling the Department of State visa line at 202-663-1225 options 1, 4, 1, 5, 0. This will get you to an operator. (M-F 8:30AM - 5PM Eastern time) Give them your USCIS or Dept of State (NVC) case number and they will be able to tell you if the embassy has mailed Packet 3 or 4, the interview date, ect...

**This is how I found out our interview date even before my fiance' has received his letter in the mail!**

----------------------------------------------

Thanks for the info!

Wait, the embassy schedules the interview for you?

You can't pick out a date on your own assuming it's within their time frame?

N-400 Stuff:
07/02/16 : N-400 sent

07/11/16 : NOA1

07/28/16 : Biometrics

04/03/17: Interview (approved)

I emailed the embassy and asked for a Friday date, they said they can't garantee it.

The US Embassy in Moscow maintains an online listing of interview dates and case numbers. We found out our date a week before she received the packet in the mail.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
