Change of Address!! Where???

Hi Guys,

I'm here in the Philippines. I just moved from Muntinlupa to Pampanga. I went to USCIS web to change my add online but discovered only domestic addresses within the United States are accepted by the USCIS. MY question is: I want to change my add in our application with the USCIS, Can I also do it on line or snail mail USCIS?

Please help me with this. I need to do it asap.

Thank you. Un din naisip ko kc hindi naman accepted ng USCIS ang address outside the USA. Thanks ng marami.
