8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

8/23/06 - rec'd packet 3 from Consulate

8/25/06 - sent packet 3 back to Consulate

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

9/25/06 - Interview date - APPROVED

9/28/06 - Visa in Zaeems Hand - YEAHHHHH

They haven't even acknowledged the receipt of the RFE I sent back :(

ours took 7 days from returning RFE to email notice...hang in there....

congratulations gomez, :thumbs: I had a touch yesterday, wow could this be happening???!!! Luis and Laura, we may be getting ours the same day...Im watching you!

Didn't you not even send a letter of intent? Congratulations, I'm so jealous happy for you!

Take a chill pill, your noa2 is on the way. think about people who started their application way back 2 centuries ago and still doesn't have a rfe.

So I checked my status online for the 10th time today and much to my suprise!!!!!

This case has been approved. On July 3, 2006, an approval notice was mailed.

Congratulations! Now things will speed up. :thumbs:

I have to say something about the Service Centers though..We initially went through TSC and then got transfered to CSC..

I think they already had a rough time before IMBRA, since they had to cover for TSC as well...and it still didn't take longer than 74 days.

I dunno, but I wouldn't say the peoplethere don't do their work or are extra slow or whatever.

But yea, I understand the frusteration of you guys. Even we went through smoothly, the wait was still terrible! :(
