I am wondering about a couple of thingsw actually...

one: I used an attorney to submit all of our forms and fees to assure that they are submitted and completed propery as to not risk denial or at least linmit the risk of denial, so i was wondering after reading many of the reviews of interviews, i see the common thread in each is the pperwork pile that azccompanies each of you. I submitted all of our paperwork, Fincee's as well as mine along with the gov fee as well as their fee for services rendered. Can anyone tell me if the documents will still need to be brought by my fiancee to her interview, ie. my income tax records, pay stubs copies of passpoert birth cert, passport photos etc???

two: I am wondering if and one can tell us what to expect in the medical exam, what tests are preformed, how are vaccinations determined, i read somethng about problems due to a tattooo on a girls ankle, well Linda as 4 very obvious tatoos...just so she can be prepared and limit her nervousness?

Any other suggestions form thoe of you that have been through it and passed. also if you havent passed the reason for that if you are able to share it so we dont make the same mistakes.

Thanks all for a very infpormative site and great people!!!

You're basically asking for everything, from beginning to end, to be wrapped up and given to you in a single forum post!

Ok, for the paperwork you will need please read the guides. There's a link at the top of the page. Nobody can summarize what you'll need any better than the guides do.

The medical exam may vary slightly from one country to another, as will the types of things that can get your petition or visa application denied. Spend some time in the Philippines regional forum here. You'll find the answers to most of your questions there.

Be prepared to do a LOT of reading. Most people spend weeks, at the very least, learning everything they need to know.

Yes, you will have to do everything just as if you did it yourself, only with less money in your pocket. The attorney doesn't have any forms you can't download free on the internet and has NONE of your documents unless you give them to him.

Your attorney didn't tell you about the medical exam? I am sure someone here will, for free.

Good luck.

Welcome to the USA!!!
