My wife is now here in the US with my daughter and we have an interview for AOS in July in SF California it says bring medical exam paperwork in sealed envelope unless already submitted.

She had a medical exam in Manila before the interview at the US embassy.

Does she need another exam? they sent us to a biometrics appt a couple months ago here

she has a work card and advanced parole already

please shed some light on this for me

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The medicals are generally good for a certain length of time (6 months to a year I believe) so it depends on when hers was done and if it is still valid on if they will ask her to do another one. Some people do, some don't so its very hard to say yes or no for certain.

When you filed for your AOS did you have the vaccines transcribed by a CS?

It's about the I-693 form, wherein you will go to a civil surgeon bring the DS supplemental form which SLEC gave you,and the civil surgeon will transcribed it to the I-693 place it in a sealed envelop. You don't need to do the whole medical exam again.

they are referring to your vaccination supplement. You need to go to USCIS designated civil surgeon and have your vaccination record from st'.lukes be transcribed to I-693. You may need additional vaccine shots to complete it.
