You should probably be the agent. That is the person (in addition to your wife) who will receive correspondence from the NVC like the AOS and IV fee bills and RFEs and so on.

Note that it is the beneficiary who has to fill out this form. I'm assuming you are the US citizen so it will be your wife completing and signing this form.

If you haven't done so already you should call NVC and give them an email address for both of you and then email the DS-3032. Instructions for that are here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Your wife will fill this out, unless you have a lawyer and then your lawyer automatically gets put on your case. Your wife would, I assume, list you as the agent. This means that all correspondences from NVC regarding your wife's case will go to you.

Good luck.

That is of course if you are choosing to pursue the CR-1 visa. If you are only going for the K-3 then you can ignore everything from NVC (except their letter saying they've mailed the case off to the embassy).

Thanks so much....I have applied for a K-3 Visa but the NVC tells me that this needs to be filled out.

If you have decided to go for the K-3 then you do not need to fill it out.

If you think you might want the CR-1 (immigrant) vias then you should fill it out.
