My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Now I just have to figure out how to make Monreal take us faster....it looks like they are book about 3 months out at the moment which bites, If we dont get our Packet 3 till the beginning of July, I wouldnt have my interview until October...I'm hoping saying that we have wedding plans might help speed things up a little bit.
