OT threads show up in Country Portal

Apparently VJ is set up such that new threads created in "Off Topic" show up in the Country Portal feature of VJ.

I hadn't realized this because I never use this the Country Portal. I post occasional OT threads and indeed they are appearing under the Thailand Portal http://www.visajourney.com/portals/index.p...ountry=Thailand

Similarly a famous Khazakstanian known for questionable practices with his burro has entirely overwhelmed the Khazakstan portal http://www.visajourney.com/portals/index.p...ntry=Kazakhstan

There does not appear to be any way to filter these OT threads out. VJ users who don't want to see OT material are confronted with it in the Portal of their interest.

I became aware of this last night due to the following exchange -

If possible, my suggested fix would either be to not list OT threads in the Forums. Or alternatively provide a filtering mechanism that allows them to not be shown for those who want to hide them.
