What 100% AAF said.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

1)by all means u will get a sponsor

2) ur fiance can file now using her sis address.

3)never mention that she lived in a shelter in your forms.

4)u will be asked at the interview stage about the place u will live in and possibly they may ask for rental bills for ur fiance in usa,in this case there is no other choice than finding a new apartment, for u together.

uscis must know the truth about everything but not your underwear color got it man:) so go and send now and goodluck.

She needs a permanent address in the USA to put on the I-129f. Not that its my business, but as another stated, she seems to be in no postition to be bringing other people into her life right now. Maybe get her personal situation sorted out and then file the petition.

Keep in mind that you will need to spend several hundred to thousand dollars just to get the visa, then you will need to afford the plane ticket over and then afford over 1000$ for AOS when you get to the US. If your fiance does not currently have the money for an apartment, I don't see how you two can afford this process (unless you have enough to support you both for a while). Keep in mind when you get to the US it will be several months after you pony up the 1000$ for AOS that you will get a work permit and be able to contribute financially (assuming you can find a job in this economy). Technically you may be able to file and get the visa, but realistically I dont see how it would be feasible to to start this process at this moment in time.

On a personal note, moving countries, starting your life over, gaining a step-daughter is all a LOT. There's a HUGE adjustment for anyone who goes through that and it can really take a tole on your relationship. Is it wise to throw such huge financial issues in at the start of your marriage? That is something that you two need to talk about if you haven't already. Sorry I wrote a lot, I have a family member going through what your fiance is but she is getting a divorce instead of attempting to bring a fiance to the country. Hope I didn't get too personal :) Good luck to you both and hopefully she can get on her feet and you can be together soon.

an ideal answer

u can send the initial package using her sister's address, but as msu17 mentioned in the meantime of waiting for the process,u can face a problem if she kept living in a shelter till ur interview it's a weak point,in addition to difficulties in adjustment of status while u get there, but anyway if u wanna send the i129f do it.good luck

First Just want to say your in the right place to find help. I am new and not even close to an expert on visas. Can I ask a couple of questions that may help some of the more experianced members give you more solid relpys.

1st. How long have you know eachother?

2nd Is there any reason you can not slow things down a little. We can all relate to wanting to be together fast but if timing is not right. well is just not right. true love and real relationships can last thru tuff times.

My only inexperianced advice to you would be let your lady get on her feet. secure a good work record and housing. spend time growing together and when you have what is needed and required go for it. Oh and by the way Walmart is the largest employer in the world. Is a strong company and many have made very productive carreers there.

Wish you luck.. Stay strong and keep studying this site. These members will help you in any way they can.

I agree with you. The guy has a heart and just asking a simple question. Sometimes I question the help on VJ.

Look there is no reason to be mean to this guy. He asked a simple question. Just give him an answer or just don't reply at all. Sometimes the attitudes on this site are unbelievable.

Here's another idea... why not send her the money for a ticket to Egypt... When she gets there marry her, and take care of her in your country as any husband would do.

Why wait so long to be toether in the USA? If I was living in a homeless shelter I think I would question why I was living there alone.... and I'd expect my fiance to move heaven and hell to help me get to him (something MUCH easier than getting him HERE)... so we could be together and he could take care of me as husbands in Egypt do...

When the USC doesn't have strong ties to this country (career, home, etc.), can't pass the sponsership requirements, etc. I always wonder why they don't go live in the other country? I know there are circumstances that can make this too difficult (minor children with joint custody agreements, etc.) but I don't recall seeing these in this case...

Just an idea... One way tickets aren't all that expensive... compared to all the Visa costs... PLUS an airline ticket for Him to come here... Seems like a bargain for her to go there.. and much quicker too...
