She either wasn't aware of the SNL skit or overlooked it for the publicity it would give her in the election campaign.

It just goes to show how self-serving the whole thing is. Letterman's an a$$ (and a ####### comedian), but she should seriously STFU.

I was semi aware of that poor joke... because Rush has mentioned it over the years (it was like 2 decades ago). He has retracted that poor joke a number of times and even added that his mother called him up and chewed him out when she heard about it.

People who spends endless hours "talking" as a vocation such as Letterman and Limbaugh are bound to say regretful things, if they are sincere with regret, we should let it go if not.... they lower the bar for the next joke.

Letterman is a late night talk show host.

Rush fancies himself as a political commentator/pseudo politician.

There is a difference, slim as it may appear. Not that it justifies this kind of thing - but it does sort of suggest where criticism ought to be directed.
