Hi all,

To start with, my CR-1 interview will be on the 3rd wk of July. I'm somewhat worried if the documents presented like I-130, G-325A, I-129f, DS-230, I-864 will be affected or if we have to redo everything because of the petitioner's change of address.

Can you help us out about the requirements for the CHANGE of PETIONER'S ADDRESS? Here the questions:

1) To whom should we notify the change of address? To USCIS, NVC & USEM?

2) What forms to accomplish?

3) Should I call USEM hotline (Php50/min) for the change of address?

4) Should I redo my DS-230 as a requirement for my Interview on the 3rd wk of July?

Thank you in advance to those who will reply.

Petitioner changing address BEFORE visa and green-card is issued is NOT an issue.

Simply have petitioner file an I-865 and you AR-11 to USCIS after you enter the USA on the visa, also note new address at the POE when entering the USA, so that green-card gets sent to your new address.
