fingerprinting in atl

We are going for biometrics on Thursday. We need to speak with an immigration officer. Do we need to make an infopass appt or can we just do it all at the same time. How long did the fingerprinting take so we know what time to schedule our infopass appt?

Fingerprints are taken at ASC's while your meeting with an immigration officer will have to take place at a DO. ASC's and DO's are frequently in the same building, but not always. Even if they are in the same building, there is no good reason for you to assume an immigration officer will be available to speak with you if you don't have an INFOPASS appt.

And my wifes bios were in Newark, they took about an hour with time standing in line and waiting included.

I agree with Agent Smith but the waiting time varies from office to office. My wife’s Biometrics took 15 minutes from when we got there until we left.
