I have been reading every thread in this forum just to inform myself and I was wondering, only specific countries are prone to AP? Why is this? The need MORE Time to administer processing on an already long wait? And the countries they choose are mainly Muslim? Am I correct?

Why then do I see many cases originating from the UK?

Anyone embroiled in this, I'm sorry and I wish you luck in getting through the wait. I'm just curious as to how they pick cases for AP and such...

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

maybe they are more retarded or stupid.. :devil: well, actually it is still the US Dept at that specific country.. not the country itself.. the US is just more suspicious of certain countries.. if that is the case, then stop importing stuff from other countries, especially China, and see how you do.. :angry: :angry:

I-130 STAGE 1 : 533 days - 1 year 6 months (4/16/2007 to 9/22/2008)

Priority Date I-130 : 4/16/2007 ( 533 days , APPROVED 9/22/2008)
Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

NVC STAGE 2 : 99 days - 3 months (9/30/2008 to 1/7/2009)
NVC Received : 9/30/2008
Received Packet 3 (I-864/DS-230) : 11/10/2008

Additionally, there is a large group of Pakistani and Indian origin men in the UK - both are countries that have additional scrutiny - so, if you are a former Pakistani/Indian citizen who immigrated to the UK and then fell in love with a US Citizen....it sounds far fetched but for a lot of the people you see out of the UK on AP many are Pakistani or Indian passport holders.

At least, that's what I've noticed.

AP/AR comes from two things - 1) CO wants to investigate/confirm the validity of the relationship or 2) the petitioner's name gets a "hit" - there is a bad person with the same name. And all the "agencies" need to clear/confirm the petitioner is not one of these bad people.

Name hits can come from almost any country and some are faster to clear than others.

ok, haha.. I was going to start a fight with them.. I already work for the government and already done a background check.. but that doesn't mean anything, haha.. you see the US has lots of loopholes for people to slip in.. :angry:
