HI Everybody,

Going to move soon, i guess i must file online the Ar-11 application as am not the US citizen, I didnt understand these questions;

1- Am in the united state as? i entered as k-1 and i got already married so what do i have to write?

2-A copy number from alien card?

3-present address? do they mean the address i moved to?

4- if the above address is temporary? do i have just to write N/A ?

5-last address? means the address before i move?

6- i work attend school? am not working yet or attending any school so i guess N/A is the right answer.

7- if not a permanent resident my stay in the US expires on? which date do i have to put here? is it the date of i-94 expiration?.

I hope someone can shed some light .i didnt understand what to fill right now.Thanks

If you have not file I-485 yet then just use your new address on the I-485 when you adjust status.

1) NON-Resident

2) Green-Card Number OR A# which is on your I-129F Approval notice.

3) New address

4) Yes or No (NOT N/A)

5) Yes prior address.

6) Yes or NO (Not N/A)

7) I-94 expiration date.

Note if you have already filed I-485, then your sponsor/spouse needs to file an I-865 to adjust their address too.
