Im so happy for you!!! CONGRATULATIONS! All you need now is your interview letter.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Congrats! Although it has been several years since my wife and stepdaughter received theirs in the mail...I remember how relieved we were when the EAD cards finally arrived. They never used the AP even though I paid for it, but I got them just in case they were needed.

Thanks all - I now have two questions:

1) Can Vika get her SSN with the EAD, but before the green card comes?

2) With the AP, I guess we can now plan her trip to Ukraine if we want. Why are there two copies of it?

Right now life is all about ESL. She tested out of most of the writing part, and is taking an English Comp course for Americans. We are going to the SS office today to get the number, as she also needs that to get a driver's license.

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!
