they cannot force you to marry or change visa types because of her condition...

I am not sure what you meant by THE shot.... If the panel physician deems certain vaccinations to be inappropriate because of her "condition" they can waive them.

FWIW... a K-1 visa has NO vaccination requirements

True but some consulates (I know the Canadian ones do this) will not approve you if you havent had your vaccinations, regardless that K1 doesnt need them till you do AOS. Not sure about the OPs consulate but some are becoming sticklers on this, requiring you file wavers if you refuse to have them at the time of the medical if you are missing any.

"United States immigration law requires immigrant visa applicants to obtain certain vaccinations prior to the issuance of an immigrant visa."

I know technically a K-1 is a nonimmigrant visa, but Guangzhou sends this sheet in it's P4.

For the OP, pregnancy will only help you in this case by providing additional evidence of a bona fide relationship.

I assume they would require them at some point? She would be nursing after the birth and may get pregnant again while nursing. Would there be a time frame or something?

You know I am not sure what vaccinations, if any, are safe during nursing or pregnancies. Maybe this link will help http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/civil_ti_vacc.htm

if they are waived, there is no specific requirement to go back and have them done once the greencard has been issued

the MMR is one of the vaccines that pregnant women or those planning on pregnancy (within 3 months) cannot have; it causes a lot of complications during the pregnancy coz of the Rubella(german measles) so that's def. one vaccine ur fiancee will not have until she gives birth :)
