I am using the assest to qualify and have few questions for the supporting evidence for those assests

1- Using the value of the house minus the mortgage value. What should I send here? A print from the citymaps where it shows the house market value and the property tax paid. enough?

2- I got a letter from the banks where my accounts opend. Do I need to send the copy of the monthly statements for the last year? or How many copy is enough?

3- Is the IRA rollover account considered as a stock and bonds?

4- Do I have to send a duplicate copy of all the above?

Thanks for your help

1. Last tax assement for your property will give you the value of your house, then you subtract how much you still owe.

2. That letter from the bank needs the total amount deposited for the last year, and present balance. (All evidence is suppose to be in duplicate).

3. Retirement fund, not stock/bonds.

4. Yes. (as per the instructions).

1- Using the value of the house minus the mortgage value. What should I send here? A print from the citymaps where it shows the house market value and the property tax paid. enough? Last mortgage statement (showing loan/equity/balance amount) along with something like your most recent property tax assessment (this would show a number close to what the home's current value is) - or you could get a local Realtor to do a market comparison for you. What ever you send must be some kind of official evidence - in other words, not just some print out you made.

2- I got a letter from the banks where my accounts opend. Do I need to send the copy of the monthly statements for the last year? or How many copy is enough? This is purely optional - if you're not using your account as an asset to offset any lack of income, you do not need to disclose any banking information.

3- Is the IRA rollover account considered as a stock and bonds? Probably not or you would have to calculate your IRA's liquid value if it were closed/cashed-out.

4- Do I have to send a duplicate copy of all the above? We did not and I suspect most do not.

Thanks for your help
