Hi,

its been 1 year now since i interviewd in the Embassy here in jordan and they put me on administrative processing and after one year the embassy sent an email saying that case is returned to the uscis ( us. citz and immg serv.) where the petition was originally filed. They provided no explanation as to why. Here's the email we received:

"Your case will be returned to the USCIS office in which y ou originally filed the petition in the US. You will be contacted by that office. You are advised to submit any additional information directly to USCIS at that time. No further action can be taken on this case by our office.

Thank you for understanding that your next point of contact will be the USCIS office in which you originally filed the petition."

so please guys anyone have an answer or been through this before please help.

P.s My case started in 2006 and i was interview in 2008 apr 29

Thanks.

samer

Means they denied the visa. Which visa did you interview for? (CR-1 or K-3)?

If K-3, you MAY be able to get the I-130 moved through NVC, contact NVC and ask if they still have the I-130 and what to do next, if they don't or USCIS has the I-130, you may need to file an I-824 to get USCIS to send the I-130 on to NVC for counselor processing of the CR-1 or IR-1 visa.
