Good Morning MENA!

Glad to hear you made it safe, Terri! Have fun!

Amanda, my thoughts and prayers go out to you!!

Hope everyone has a great Thursday...it's icky here in Minneapolis. It's cloudy again! Although the sun made an appearance yesterday, so it might peek out for a little bit this afternoon, hope so...I miss it!

Hi everyone, here washing clothes again as usual. I remember when I washed clothes by hand in Morocco and my mother in law would go by and see me hanging them on the line and thinking maybe I am not hanging them correctly but what she was really looking at was if they were bright and clean.

I never washed them like she did when she would sit on the floor with her legs crossed and wash with a brush the pants and really keep them looking good. And they would be so shiny and smelled good. I just pretended to wash them by hand and then rinsed them out.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Mornin

I think we are in a rain state here. I have never seen so much rain, day after day after day

Terri, good you arrived safely, now go have a ball!!

Rosie I had my time in Maroc when I had to wash our clothes by hand. The washer was broken one time when I was there and I go through so many clothes that I didn't want to stress out his mom. So I attempted it. That is just not right. It is hard work and time consuming. I did though and I did it good.

My husband still gets upset with me when I say "oh I do the laundry" he is like what? You have machines to do it for you..

As if it doesn't count as work  Also we have a huge 30 pound comfortable that I told him would have to be dry cleaned and he said he was going to put it in the shower and wash it by hand. I said yeah right go ahead and try that. First of all it is too big, secondly once the water saturates it will be so heavy and bulky you won't be able to ring it out..and NO NO it won't work. But you know, men, they know it all, right?

Boss' wife here today, so I have to keep it low.

I swear she sticks around just to make my life miserable here.

Amanda, you bet!! Let me speak in the prophetic here.....you will be posting the good news in 3 days.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
