1.if he cant get a copy of his past tax form what should he use instead of that? or is there a way for him to get a copy if he filed with a program online?

2. do i need more passport/visa photos of him or is it just me this time?

3. does he need to send me W2s or anything like this? or is 3 recent pay stubs ok?

4. does he really need to send a notarized bank information letter to me?

5. is there anything else anyone can suggest for the I-134 afidavit of support information/proof.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

1) You will neef official documents from the government, he can request new ones if he lost his old ones.

4) Yes.

5) Theres no harm in giving too much information.

My question to you, did you apply for an expedite because that is one crazy fast approval.

1, There is no substitute. He can get a copy online or a tax transcript from the IRS. Any of the online systems have a way to get or print a copy

2. Just you. =You will need lots before this process is over. Get a dozen or so. I think we got about 15 when we made the first one and ended up with ONE left. D onot worry that they are not within 30 days as long as you do not drastically change your appearance

3. W2s need to be attached to his tax return. PLUS recent paystubs and I would send more than 3 if he has them

4. If his income is sufficient he doesn't ned to send ANY bank information or even mention a bank on the I-134

5. Employment letter, bank letter. ALL of these are optional, the more the merrier. Even the I-134 itself is optional. HE has to prove that YOU will not become a public charge. The I-134 is the suggested way to do that. Doesn't matter how he does it, but he must. Might as well use the handy form provided.
