I recieved my NOA1 on March 23 and to date have not recieved my NOA2. I notice other timelines for CSC have recieved theirs in less time than me. I also notice a few people who are in my case, they recieved NOA1 in late March and are still waiting for NOA2. I am curious ... is this a case of a stack of papers on someones desk perhaps not being looked at? Or are we all being overly scrutinized for some reason? The only thing the cases I mention have in common with me is CR1 petition at CSC.

Appreciate any replies as I am climbing the walls here in stress.

The CSC is currently doing application received late February and early March, I'd say you have a few more weeks to go before you should even consider being concerned.

definately there is no set order in which things happen. you can simply guesstimate a time frame about your case with others experiences. does not mean anyone holds anything against you or that they favor anyone over you. simply how things work.

I sent in my package in Dec 08. NOA1 in January. NOA2 in March - you have some time to wait.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

My NOA 1 March 12.

RFE issued May 12th OFFICIALLY

Sent in RFE evidence May 19

USCIS received May 20

May 8th CRIS emailed me resummed processing on my case (18 days)

June 18 29 days since USCIS signed for my evidnece, many people approved in less then the 28 days Ive waited.

Bottom line, USCIS dont care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were consummed with work visas for almost 2 months.Family petitions wre not being processed, its only now they started again, as they claim.

Truly happy!!!

Hey Jauque,

how do you figure that processing time for CSC? Where'd you get those numbers? If this is so, I'd love it as we're nearish the end of March and we haven't received so much as a single touch to date... .

its' sort of depressing.

Thanks!

My time line was NOA1 Nov NOA2 February NVC in case number about 3 weeks later. If you are worried about time now, I think you should not, because hopefully you get electronic processing and you will sail to interview. Prepare everything for NVC like literally pounce on the second you can, you can make up a lot of time that way.

Good luck!
