I waited for my husband's visa to be approved for 3 1/2 years.

I understand completely how you feel and what you are going thru.

His visa was denied the 1st time around, and by that point I was at

my wits end as to what to do. I had retained a immigration attorney

and the embassy ignored all her requests for information on the visa.

I finally went to my state representative at the Federal Level, the first

one told me they couldn't help me and that he would probably never be

approved.

I have to tell you the first rep I approached was a member of my party.

The 2nd time, I crossed party lines and THANK GOD I did because once

she stepped in and contacted the US embassy my husbands approval for

visa came thru with one month and he was on the plane on his way to me.

He has now been here almost 2 years.

For your own SANITY .... CONTACT YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE, THEY

MUST BE AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL..... YOU MUST BE PERSISTENT AND STAY

AFTER THEM.

IT IS THEIR JOB TO HELP YOU :)

Good Luck in your endeavors.
