F1 Status student need help for AOS

Hello,

I am Raj and i am on F1 student status. my finance is Green card.i still have one semester to be graduate.

tell you to be frank i don't know nothing about AOS. i want to know what i need to do to change my status once i got married.

I assume you meant that your fiance is a Legal Permanent resident.. If so, you cant Adjust your status in the US.. You can do an AOS only if your spouse is a citizen.

hey thanks for reply and sorry for spell mistake.

so you mean to say i need to wait till she become citizen of U.S ???? I am Here in U.S and even if we got married she can't file petition for me so that i can stay here on something else than student visa???

i am bit nerves as my student visa will expire in 5 moth.

any suggestions or idea or experience for my situation ???
