My wife and I just had our AOS interview in San Jose, CA, and I thought went pretty smoothly. All documents were in order and we answered all her questions. She asked us to hand over all copies of paperwork that we wanted her to have and we did so. She took a few minutes looking at the paperwork and documents, asked us a few questions, etc. She then took my wife's I-94 card from her passport. The whole interview was about 10-15 minutes. I asked her if everything was ok and she said yes, everything was fine but she wanted more time to review the case. Then she gave us a white paper with a box marked "Your case has been continued for the reasons checked below....Further Review". Then she escorted us out.

-So, is this common and something we should worry about?

-Have others, in the san jose office or other offices, experienced the same thing? If so, did you get your GC in the mail sometime later?

Thanks in advance,

David
