Ok, again, Im sponsoring my mom, I know she needs to fill out G-325A, do I need to fill it out,too? My husband is joint sponsor and I had him filled I-864a, does he need to fill out G-325A also??? Im trying to finish everything by tonight... if I can....

Only your mom need to fill-in the G325A form. Do read the instructions carefully and do not rush.

03/20/2012 : Received RFE(I-797E)
05/23/2012: Application approved after RFE response

Thanks!!!! Im done with the applications, you are right, I guess I need a break now, then take a second look on everything tomorrow then mail them out maybe on Friday! Have a good evening:)

Parents do not need to complete G-325A, No you and your husband dont need to fill it out either. your husband needs to complete I-864A if his income is being used to meet the 125% income level.

Well as the Op posted this in the bringing family members to the US and not in the AOS from other visa types I would assume that the OP is filing a I-130 for the parent. If that is the case then no G-325A is required.

If the OP has posted it in the wrong forum Then I am sorry if I misled you. If your Parent is filing for AOS and I-130 from within the USA then yes a G-325a is required.
