Its been over 7 months now and still nothing. I've called a bunch of times and I've called my congressman's office. I recently got a letter from the Service center saying that I will receive a decision or another notice of action within 90 days.

My congressmans office had me fill out some forms and then they were going to check on the case. I talked with the congressmans office a few days later and they told me "the case is pending, but now it has a congressional flag" or something like that. Nothing really new.

I'm with the Vermont service center and i'm startin to really really disliked that place. Is anyone in a similar circumstance. I've read a few post recently about march filers expecting to hear from their service centers soon... was there something I could have done earlier in the process to have my case finished in 100 something days, like the march filers? BTY my fiance is Brazilian.

sorry for the typo in the heading. i meant november 2008

Well the timeline is just a guide and its drawn from our timelines. If you don't fill out yours it doesn't really help. Unfortunately some people just take longer then others. There is still a few December filers waiting and others who filed WAY before that. Hopefully you'll get yours soon and I suggest doing some reading on those threads as they will maybe give you some ideas on what you can try to do to help speed it up. Nothing may help but at least you may feel like your doing something in the meantime.

You are taking slightly longer than us, but we were at CSC.

I assume you did a service request? If not, do one.

You could also try to contact your senator's office.

Hope you hear something soon.
