NO letter of biometrics appointment YET ?!!

Hello,

I still haven't received the letter of biometrics appointment yet !! Should I start to worry? should I call, or wait other couple of days?

(please check my remove condition's timeline below)

Married: August 2005

Enter USA: July 2007

Removing condition

5/13/09 : sent I-751 package to Vermont Center

check cashed : 5/22//09

NOA1 received : 5/26/09

Biometric Letter dated 5/29/09

Biometric Appointment: 6/25/09

touched: 6/26/09

9/30/09: got an email from USCIS. Production of the card has been ordered.

10/07/09: Got 10 years GC in mail

I'm waiting for my biometrics notice too. It has been 43 days since CSC received my application. I will give them a call on day 45.

It took VSC about a month and a half to send my husband the biometric appointment notice. If it has been past 30 days you can call USCIS and they can put in a service request for you.

03/16/07 - Initial interview for AOS

04/08/07 - EAD card received

06/11/07 - CA Driver's License. EAD was needed to be allowed to pass the test in CA :((

07/23/07 - CONDITIONAL GREEN CARD!

I-751 journey (2009) - so much easier!

04/27/09 - Sent I-751 by regular mail

04/29/09 - NOA1 (received by mail on 05/12/09)

07/01/09 - Biometrics appointment (received by mail on 06/20/09)

07/25/09 - Approved - card in preparation (received by mail on 07/31/09)

07/29/09 - Card produced (received by mail on 08/05/09)

Taking a break from USCIS before applying for citizenship...

According with the last 1-2 months of timelines I saw that the biometrics is taking about from 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive from the time of the NOA1, so be patient.

Silke: In your case, I agree wait until day 45 and then call USCIS.

Took more than one month to get mine and I was all done in 2 months!

November 29th 2006 - AOS mailed

December 4th, 2006 - NOA

December 21, 2006 - Biometrics

January 3, 2007 - OUR FIRST ... and last touch
