Yes they are.

As you say - They are catering for the center right market segment

How does that make them biased? First off, they are not a 24 hour news channel like sky news or the BBC. Their definition of fair and balanced means, not like MSNBC. So to that segment, yes they are fair and balanced.

Off topic, do you find it weird that that BBC has a separate channel for the US. I used to watch BBC World back home and it is nothing like BBC America. Then again why am I asking you of all people. Cleo or Mawlson should be able to answer.

But anyway this thread is about a murder of a man.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Yes BY, the news is biased. Fox News is no exception.
