I didn't know joking was a violation. I get suspended often enough too, unfairly too. Did you ever consider what you say brings those reactions from people? Obviously you do it intentionally, to get the desired reaction. Nobody comes to an American immigration forum and critcizes the US with every post and expects people to accept it as their opinion.
