Hi everyone. I am currrently waiting for a AOS approvel and it seems to be taking longer than expected. The application was recieved March 16th with a notice date of March 23. We receieved a RFE on 4/1/09 and all information was sent back the following day. The 1-800 number is telling me the recieved the RFE information on April 13. The biometrics was on April 14th.... With that said I have few question if you could please help.

Which date does my 90 days start?

Can I call them and get any help?

I have created a account on the USCIS and all is says is the Rfe information was recieved on April 13th. The receipt number is for the AOS 1-485...Are you able to put in the receipt for the EAD and the appilcation for travel? The reason i ask is because the only recepit number i can enter is the AOS application......thankyou for reading the wait is getting so old....

Your time clock resets if you get an RFE as far as pressing them on how long you've waited and if you're out of processing time. We waited 5 1/2 months for AOS approval with no RFEs. It varies alot. EAD came in under 2 months, but your RFE might have you starting count on April 13.

The day you enter the country. You get 90 days in which to marry. I don't know which 90 days you're talking about

They don't give you any more info that what shows online unless you have some real catastophic problem.

Lots of people report their numbers won't show up. Some eventually do, so keep trying once a week.

 It seems like we have 3 MSC #'s has anyone been able to get notifications on all 3

Yes, via email and by viewing online. Well actually AOS never has shown approval, but the green card came in the mail

What 90 days? The 90 day requirement to get married? It started the day you set foot in the USA. You can call them ...it will not help. The online update system is pretty much worthless, my wife has had her green card for 6 months but our fiancee petition still says "pending"

You will have your green card in 2-6 months, typically. You are not even at 3 months and you had a RFE...it is NOT getting old. You are well within normal timelines and have already had your biometrics. Be patient.

Hi guys thanks for the responses. The 90 days I was talking about was the time I thought the USCIS had to get you the EAD. Right now that is holding my wife up from working. I look at most of these timelines and seems like 60 days is common. So with a RFE recieved april 13th it is now 60 days....thankyou again have a nice day
