Interviews get scheduled in 2nd week of every month so... wait for 2nd week of july..

and no updates yet... but hope fully my case shoould be completed b4 4th of july...

Called up NVC today,

first heard AVR and it says Information missing or complete and the letter is mailed...

but I cannot login..

so I talked to Customer Rep, She told that Case is in final review, and to call back sometime middle of next week and the next available Interview date will be sometime in August.

As we all expected..

i can think of one reason.. As we know that if you use lawyer you sent both I864 and Ds-230 at the same time.

We have to wait till we pay the bills and all that stuff.

Now we use short cut method and sent Ds-230 as soon as we pay the IV bill.

if you go by step by step, we should be sending the DS-230 only after NVC finish review of 864.

So now what happens is, NVC receives your 864 but don't review it for some time AVR says, we received 864 and now waiting for ds230.

You sent ds-230 nvc scan it , AVR says we received your ds-230.... Than you I864 review is completed but ds-230 has not been reviewed as of yet, AVR says we reviewed your document ( in this case 864) and found information missing ( ds-230, which you already have sent it).

So i believe that, system gets override after the review of 864 and never gets updated afterward.

Anyway our case is almost complete so we all are happy..

BTW i leaned from old friend that NVC is doing much batter job now, 2-3 years back when he was going through his wife petition , it took him 6-7 months in NVC only. They were not respondng this fast at all.

They were following what they were saying, " Allow 6 - 8 week to review documents"

dont worry your case is completed......i had same AVR day beore my case completed ........u will hear different message on Monday saying that your case was completed on 7/2/09 please allow 6 to 8 week...bla bla

Case completed on July 2nd...

Now next thing, I talked to Customer rep, and she mentioned about August Interview...
