Been busy all day long....

btw.... my packet was dilivered today around noon...

so now.. time to cross the fingures and wait for no RFE.. and getting case complete....

Same problem im facing and 2 days ago i requested US EM for PCC request form now 2morow i will go for getting my pcc then i will send DS-230 . PCC . PHOTOS and all other papers . hopefully for everyone this journey will easy and smooth.

couldn't reply.. I was out of town these weekend...

my company is doing great.... cus they actually hired few ppl....

coming back to PCC..

My wife received her Regional PCC in mail today so she will send it to me via eMail 2moro.

and i'll make a color copy and send it to NVC behind my IV Packet... so now my IV Packet is complete except that I am sending a copy of PCC instead original.. and they should b atleast thankful tht i am sending a color copy kiddin... chill...

did you try calling them today....

I mean when sis u submitted you IV packet and i am sure they received it next day..

cus if no RFE you case should complete in 10 business days..

i am disagree with your comment that you gonna send color copy of PCC without RFE because this might put your case on delay. i have read that somewhere in VJ that dont send anything unless they asked for it or got RFE. so just make sure that is it ok to send it without u r being asked. whenever NVC asks for something they send barcode and stuff so....verify that.

No update from my side, still waiting for case completion. desi now a days NVC takes longer than 10 days to comple the case. i guess.

...I remember last time when I called about this, one of the REP told me that.. you can send any document left with the barcoded coversheet that they sent in email...

and I am going to the same.. and wont wait for RFE (which i am sure i am not getting one...)...

i jsut got off the pone with NVC operator, i asked her how should i procede, she told me that my wife can bring the PCC at the time on interview, case is in final review. so i am not gonna send my pcc. i guess they gonna let my case go though ....

The messange in automated phone system chaged today, they have received my document on June 22. Even thaugh it was delivered on June 19th. ( I guess they scanned my documents on Monday).

Have you guys sent the copy of your I864 to your spouss in INDIA? do they need to have the copy of it.

case is about to complete i guess. but same time VCR has been chage to: we review the package and found information missing. most probably its the RFE for bringing the PCC at time of interview.

My documents were also received on Thursday the June 19th, but for me the message is still old one and not updated yet...

and I still am positive about my case as well that it will finish in 10 days...

also I mailed the color copy of PCC to NVC...

cross my fingers they will accept ait and start processing...
