For CR1 IV packet submitting without PCC

Yeah, i know that we will get 2 copies pf PCC. Today got the AVR from NVC and it said that "we have recieved your packet of documents on july 29th. please allow us 6-8 weeks..."

Well, I submitted DS 230 part 1 and 2 again, this time in my married name because the earlier one was in maiden name and I used that maiden name in newly sent forms in aliases. My whole process starting from I-130 to DS 230 has my maiden name and now they have got another packet which I sent have my married name. Will that delay the processing?

The case status is still the same today. I checked the NVC website and I can still login there, this means my case not yet completed. I am praying no more RFE now. Waiting for the case to be complete very soon.

I see... 7/27 is when they received...

try logging in this week... it should be it... your case should be completed this week..

I tried today and I can login. Will try again tomorrow or friday and lets see. I think it will be completed by friday. Any idea about the processing from maiden to married name?

Hello,

Tried again thru NVC fee collection and it says sign in failed. Whoa! My case just got completed. Praise the Lord! And thank you guys for support and encouragement. Now waiting got Interview Letter.

Dont worry the rep.. its completed... try calling back by end of next week and find out if you get the interview adte for sometime end of september.

My wife finished her Medical Interview yesterday and also during afternoon free time she went to VFS... she was told to come between 7 and 12 Aug..

well guess what she will have to make another AMD trip...
