I've got 4 tattoos, only one of them is semi-visible (back of my neck)... my SIL was very surprised by them when she was doing halawa for me, I just caught the gist of the conversation when she was talking to my husband and using the word "haram" a lot and shaking her head. The one that surprised her the most was my daughter's name on my upper arm, written in Arabic

When I was younger I had navel, eyebrow, and nose piercings... I still have scars from the eyebrow and navel piercing ones, but fortunately they're not super identifiable.

I have 2.

I got my first one at 21 around my ankle.

The other I got a few years later on the other ankle.

NO REGRETS about it.

I don't mind tatoos. My ex hubby had way too many and big ones.

when I met him he had none, when we split he had like 8 or 10.

Current hubby has none, wants one before going home and I hope he just keeps his skin clean and pure

For myself I do not like Tattoo much, but I think its a personal decision. My wife has several and all have significant meaning to her.

My wife and I got tats together in Hong Kong, they are related but not identical. Mine is "Crazy for Ai Ai" in Chinese writing on my arm and hers is "Crazy for Jeff" in English writing on her hip...lol...it's a great fun memory for both of us, although our friends and family think we are crazy, so I guess it's appropriate...he he
