That is my one and only which I had done when I was 18 in New York where I grew up. I had forgotten the pain until I had it re-touched before my first trip to Maroc  My husband loved it, tho (L)

No tatoo's here, but not because I have anything against them, my family has a big problem with it. I have to lay low already just adding a tatoo would get their eyes on me, and that is not what I want, I just want to blendddddddddddd.

Who's got their nose pierced? I wanted a lilttle crystal stud and my boss said no.

I know several girls in my Walmart that had to take theirs out bcz its not allowed. I always wonder how do you pick your nose if you have it... I kinda equate them with having long fake finger nails... they just get in the way. :P

Neither I, nor my hubby have any. I don't mind tattoos...I think some look great and others, well, to each their own. I will say though that on the tramp stamp, I always wonder how that will change when a woman gains a bunch of weight...which inevitably happens to many. Goes from being 4-5 inches long to like 10 - 12 inches long.

 I swear I just heard my fathers voice when you said "tramp stamp". Funny thing is my father had tatooes but was totally against them later in life. Neither I, nor my husband have them and we have discussed the subject, we never will. I happen to have tons of friends who have them and I think some of them are quite beautiful. However, its their body and they have to live with it later on....

I had a girlfriend who had a dolphin in a ying/yang design tatooed on her front hip area so that it showed when wearing a bikini. We teased her about when she has kids, she will have a whale not a dolphin. Well, many years and 3 kids later she had it removed because the location was less than ideal and it had stretched out way beyond her imagination. So I think location matters too :P

 Too f'ing funny!!!

Also had one of those for my birthday. It fell out while swimming in the ocean in Morocco. I could not get it back in right and it was still healing, so the hole closed up. I had a Tiger's Eye stone and it looked pretty, but never quite got used to it and it was kind of hassle

OMG, okay....so again this is something I did at 18 years old. Guess I was just a wild child! I used to wear a tiny diamond stud in my nose for years. I think I was about 23 when I took it out and never put it back in. I thought the hole would close, but it hasn't in almost 10 years.

Hey Lisa,

Thanks so much. I too, really like the pic of you and your boo! Hey maybe I should start a post about that. See if we can get pics over all who want to share. Hmm....something to think about.
