I have sent off my G-325a form and letter of intent etc to my partner bakc in May about the 14th... we will not be posting the package until the end of the week. Does it matter that my forms have the date in the middle of May? a month prior to sending it??

No, that's not a long time between when they were dated and when the package will be sent. I've never heard of anyone's package being sent back because of that. I would suggest that anything within 30-60 days is best though. Some passport picture requests on the applications say 30 days.

You're good to go!

Some of my papers were signed about a month before I sent in the package. I didn't get an RFE. I haven't gotten NOA2 either, though...
