Why does the 'Immigration Timelines' frontpage show Califronia Service Center at March 12 2009?

Does it take I-94's into account from K-3 visas or am I missing something because I'm nearly posotive that zero K1 ap's filed in March and entered on this site have been approved.

I thought maybe theres a little man sitting behind it toying with my emotions. Every time I see the date change I check to see who got a NOA2 and more often than not nobody has.

It won't allow me to edit, I meant to say i-129f not i-94.
