Hi All

We've just received our NOA1 on I130 which was transferred from Chicago to California Service Centre. However we live a state which is covered by the Vermont Service Centre ... so where to we send our I129F? Any answers would be much appreciated.

It will be your call, but don't even waste your time sending a I-129F since if you go CR-1 it will be about the same time and I would say sending your case to California is a blessing since it will fly trough becuase they rocks. Look for the benefits on getting a CR-1 visa vs a K-3.

Good luck,

Orlando...

Thanks Orlando! Why oh why is California so fast at the moment? Well I don't suppose it matters as long as it benefits us. I read that we could submit our I129F in any case and ask for it to be withdrawn if the CR1 comes through first - which it looks like it will - all things being equal.

Mail I-129F Package

Section 12 of the I-129F instructions lists where you should mail the completed form(s). For a K-3 Visa you should send the I-129F to the Service Center where the the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending. Use the address listed on your most recent receipt notice or transfer notice and include a copy of that notice with your Form I-129F. Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

Right from the guide. Your 130 should be mailed to the California Service center.

Your very lucky
